Individual Residential Projects
Bespoke houses and villas designed around each client’s way of living and the context they are built into.
We are an architecture studio with experience in designing individual homes, developing houses and villas shaped around each client’s way of living, the particularities of the site and the urban-planning context.
We approach every project starting from how the home will actually be lived in: the relationship between interior spaces and the outdoors, orientation to light, and how the building sits within its surroundings. We place the emphasis on function, correct proportions and coherent architectural solutions.
Each project takes form through ongoing dialogue with the client, so that the final solution answers both functional and aesthetic needs, with a clear organisation of spaces and balanced architecture conceived for the long term.
The team and the rates
The team brings together architects, structural engineers, building-services engineers, energy-efficiency specialists (nZEB) and certified verifiers, which means every discipline is coordinated within a single project.
