Privacy policy
This page explains, briefly, what personal data this site collects, what we do with it and what rights you have. The data controller is Tomarhi, an architecture studio in Târgu Jiu.
What we collect
The only place this site collects personal data is the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. Using the form is voluntary. We need these details only so we can reply.
How your data is used
A message sent through the form reaches our office inbox, at office@tomarhi.com, exactly as if you had written to us directly. Delivery is handled by our email provider, Resend, based in the United States. We use the data solely to read and answer your message. We do not store it in any database, do not use it for marketing and do not pass it to anyone else. We make no automated decisions and do no profiling. Legal basis: steps taken at your request ahead of a possible engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Emails received through the form are kept like any ordinary business correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows from it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no marketing cookies. There is a single functional cookie, which remembers your chosen language; your theme preference (light/dark) stays in your browser only. For statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that collects no personal data and needs no consent. In addition, only if you accept in the consent banner, we also use Google Analytics: it sets measurement cookies (_ga) and processes data about how the site is used, including on Google servers outside the EU. Also with your consent, the same Google tag measures the results of our Google Ads campaigns, with no advertising cookies and no personalisation (advertising signals stay off). Without your consent, Google Analytics does not load at all. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time, below.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and port your personal data. Write to us at the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP, the Romanian data-protection supervisory authority.
