For over 10 years we have provided complete design services for private and public investments, covering every discipline required: architecture, structure and building services.
Each project starts from the client's needs and the particulars of the site. No two investments are alike, so we develop only bespoke projects, adapted to the way of life, the budget and the requirements of each client.
The team brings together architects, structural engineers, building-services engineers, energy-efficiency specialists (nZEB) and certified verifiers, which means every discipline is coordinated within a single project.
We stay involved at every stage, from the first analysis and the concept through to the building permit and technical assistance during construction.

What to know
The prices are indicative and represent starting rates. The final quote is set according to floor area, the complexity of the investment and the client's requirements. Geotechnical studies, topographic surveys, MLPAT verification and the fees for approvals are not included unless expressly stated in the quote.
How we work together

We begin with a conversation at the office, online or by phone, to understand the aims of the investment. We review the existing documents, the characteristics of the land, the budget and the client's requirements, and settle the direction of the project together.
Site study
We assess the site in planning, functional and technical terms — orientation to the compass points, the configuration of the land and the conditions for building — in order to find the most efficient solution.
Concept and preliminary design
We develop proposals for the layout and organisation of the spaces, adapted to the client's way of life and needs. The options are reviewed and refined together until the final solution is settled.
3D modelling and presentation
We produce the three-dimensional model and photorealistic images, so the building can be seen before technical design begins. At this stage the massing, the finishes and the architectural character can still be adjusted.
Complete design
Once the concept is approved we prepare the technical documentation for every discipline — architecture, structural engineering, electrical, plumbing and heating installations and, where applicable, ventilation and air conditioning. The projects meet the legal requirements and current energy-efficiency standards (nZEB).
Permitting
We prepare the documentation for the approvals and the building permit, together with the accompanying technical files. The client receives the documentation both in print and digitally.
Technical assistance during construction
We stay alongside the client and the builder for the duration of the works, with technical advice, clarifications and solutions for what comes up on site, so that the project is built as designed.
