Architectural design is the studio’s core activity and the foundation of every project we develop. We treat architecture as a coherent, well-structured process in which spatial, functional and technical solutions are conceived together, from the first analyses through to the building being brought into use.
We provide complete design services for private and public investments, adapting the workflow to the type of investment, its complexity and the client’s requirements. Our approach is integrated, with architecture, structure and building services coordinated as one.
The design path covers every necessary stage: urban planning and context analysis; defining the brief and the offer; concept and design; permitting and approvals; technical and execution design; and assistance through to completion.
The team and the rates
The team brings together architects, structural engineers, building-services engineers, energy-efficiency specialists (nZEB) and certified verifiers, which means every discipline is coordinated within a single project.
