Reinterpreted traditional house
Traditional massing reinterpreted in a contemporary language through ample roofs, timber, stone and terraces open to the landscape.
The architectural concept starts from a reinterpretation of the traditional gable-roofed house, carried into a contemporary language defined by simplicity, balance and expressiveness. The ample roofs, articulated volumes and the contrast between light render, timber cladding and a stone plinth shape a distinct architectural identity in which natural materials play an essential role. Terraces and balconies extend the living space outdoors, while glazed openings favour daylight and the relationship with the landscape. The result is a home in which contemporary architecture draws on vernacular references, offering a timeless expression and a balance between function, comfort and integration with nature.

Conceived around comfort, daylight and an efficient organisation of space, this contemporary home combines open day areas with private spaces devoted to rest and individual activities.

The ground floor is designed as a social space, where the living room and kitchen form the core of daily life, completed by ancillary spaces and work areas. The upper floor offers privacy through the arrangement of bedrooms, studies and relaxation areas, in direct relationship with the terraces.

The concept pursues a natural separation between shared and private life, making the most of every square metre through a careful layout and clear circulation. The terraces extend the interior outdoors, contributing to a balanced relationship between the architecture and its surroundings.
The result is a modern, functional home suited to a contemporary lifestyle, in which the simplicity of the layout becomes an essential element of comfort.
