Oltenia is the region where most of our work happens: headquartered in Târgu Jiu with a second office in Novaci, we cover Gorj county and design for clients in Craiova, Vâlcea and the rest of the region. We design individual and holiday homes, guesthouses and tourism investments, commercial buildings and public projects, shaped by each area’s terrain and planning context.
For EU-funded investments, from tourist guesthouses to wellness centres, we prepare complete documentation, and coordinating architecture, structure and building services under a single project shortens the path from brief to building permit. Distances within the region allow regular site visits, whichever county the site is in.
